Problem
Employees and managers lacked a unified digital space to discuss career development, set goals, and stay aligned on progress and training. Existing tools were fragmented, making ongoing engagement and real-time communication difficult.
Approach
Through stakeholder engagement, design-thinking exercises, interviews with employees and managers, journey mapping, and wireframe creation, I designed a cohesive HR portal experience centered on career growth and two-way communication.
Outcome
The new HR portal delivered an innovative digital experience featuring a customized notifications center for each employee. It enabled seamless engagement between employees and management around career goals and training, improving visibility, alignment, and ongoing development conversations.
