Led Service Design Initiative for the state of Connecticut Residents by researching the expansive service layer of the State of Connecticut ecosystem. Identified cross agency events, User personas, Journey maps, Service Design maps, and process flows for CT.gov and Resident Eligibility screener for both State and Federal programs.

Kiosk
Researched and explored Delta Airlines Irregular Operations (IROP) service layer to develop screens for Delta's airport self-service kiosk to address passengers needs that are outside the normal boarding scenarios. Created wireframes and prototypes to build out the new IROP user experience,
